About the project

Minte care nu te minte was an art pop-up at Casa Tranzit in Cluj-Napoca, dedicated to mental health. The Vizibil artists explored the theme through a range of visual media: painting, photography, collage and installation.

Concept and space

The exhibition space was conceived as an open laboratory of the creative process:

  • On the wallsThe artists’ finished works.
  • On the tables in the middleSketches, notes and working materials that gave the public a direct look at how the works came into being.

  • A guided discussionA representative of the organisation Minte Forte facilitated an open dialogue in which participants, in groups, were invited to share their impressions and the feelings the works conveyed.
  • Dedicated guided toursTwo tours designed to mediate the exhibition for people with intellectual disabilities.
